With Citizen’s extensive product range spanning from entry-level to luxury timepieces, the design challenge was to create a differentiated experience for their high-end models. The brief focused on elevating the premium product journey to match the elevated price point and customer expectations.

The redesign centred on the upper section of the product detail page, streamlining the layout for ease of navigation while giving prominence to standout features. To further reinforce the premium tier, a bespoke section was introduced, pairing close-up imagery with refined, benefit-led descriptions that bring the craftsmanship and technology to life.

Building on this, I also redesigned Citizen’s online checkout experience, transforming it into a more premium, elevated, and seamless journey. Simplifying the flow and refining key interactions, the new checkout reduces friction while maintaining a sense of quality and trust, ensuring the final stage of purchase reflects the same level of consideration as the product itself.
